My hand was just about to reach this beautiful thing (Muskox prosciutto), and I saw this…..

Keeping it classy here.

This was what was going on  behind the curtains on the evening of the last Friday when we were celebrating Lark‘s 5th year anniversary at the store.  The little outdoor kitchen showed up behind the heavy door (at the back of the store), and it was great!

Deep-frying is a magic word. (Too bad the pictures can’t send the mouth watering scent on the internet…) I thought those freshly handpicked dandelions were for some decorations, but they actually became such beautiful surprises at the tables (and in our mouths) later…
